Information you provide

The photo-listing form processes the photo you choose and the item information you provide. When you submit an item, it also stores your name, contact details and any village information you enter, together with the photo and proposed listing details, for review. A submission is not automatically a public listing or a completed sale.

Photo assistance

Choosing a photo in the photo-assisted listing flow sends that photo to our server and to an AI service through Lovable to suggest draft listing information. Suggestions can be wrong: check and correct them before submitting. Do not include identification documents, passwords, payment details, private messages or other people's personal information in a photo or listing.

Website operation and service providers

Hosting and technical providers may process IP addresses, browser and device information, usage statistics and error logs to deliver the site, understand its use and investigate problems. LetGuamBid uses Lovable for website services and photo assistance, and Supabase for database and photo storage. If you email us, we receive the message and the contact information you include.

We use this information to operate the website, review submitted items, respond to support requests and investigate misuse. Service providers process the information needed for those services. Information may also need to be disclosed to comply with applicable legal requirements.

Storage and your choices

Submitted information remains stored while needed for review, support, security or applicable record-keeping requirements. You can request access, correction or deletion at info@swiftibc.com. We may need to verify that a request concerns your information before disclosing or removing it. Where information must be retained, we will explain the reason when responding.

This notice describes the current development website. Before new account, payment or native-app features are offered, the relevant notices and controls must be updated to reflect their actual operation. A privacy notice is not a guarantee that any online service is completely secure.

Website use and availability

LetGuamBid is being developed as a local marketplace for goods. Demo listings, prices and bids are illustrations, not available offers or evidence of completed transactions. Uploading an item for review does not publish an auction, guarantee acceptance or confirm a sale.

Only submit content and photographs you are entitled to use, and items you own or are authorised to sell. Describe items accurately. Do not submit unlawful, stolen or counterfeit goods, misleading claims, or information that violates another person's rights.

Photo assistance is a drafting tool, not an appraisal, authentication, ownership check or guarantee of condition. You are responsible for checking the information you submit.

Live auction rules, seller charges, subscription benefits, billing, cancellation and refund terms will be presented before the relevant paid service becomes available. This notice does not activate a subscription, authorise a charge or provide an escrow or buyer-protection service. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Support, reports & data requests

Contact Swift Management Consultancy, Guam at info@swiftibc.com for LetGuamBid support, incorrect listings, suspected misuse, privacy enquiries or requests to delete submitted information.

Use a subject such as LetGuamBid support, LetGuamBid report or LetGuamBid data request, and describe the issue or item involved. Do not email passwords, verification codes, card numbers or bank-account information.

Sending a request does not itself confirm that a record has been deleted. An in-app account-deletion function is not currently available on this development website.
